We had a snack and a drink while we chatted with our friends.

Then a very special visitor came to see us.

Santa brought each of us a present. We had big smiles for the photographs.Santa was impressed by our good manners. We enjoyed his visit. We had a lovely afternoon. We even got to open our presents if we wanted to.

Nativity

The boys and girls all worked extremely hard to learn all of the songs, words and dances for our Nativity play, Whoops a Daisy Angel. All of the teachers are so proud of them.
The children loved their costumes. We think that they are all stars!

Visit to Trinity Church

Primary 1 went on a visit to Trinity church as part of our RME topic, Welcoming a baby.

Mr Steele told us all about how babies are welcomed into the church community.

We got the chance to ask questions and to explore the church. Mr Steele was kind enough to tell us all about the pulpit, the communion table, the baptismal font and the lectern. It was lots of fun exploring. We liked going upstairs best. Thank you Mr Steele for making us so welcome.
